I built the Mobifix site to provide an efficient, customer-friendly solution for mobile device repairs and services. As the user lands on the homepage, they’re greeted with a clear promise: “Fix your broken mobile!” I wanted to ensure that the breadth of our services—repairing everything from smartphones and tablets to gaming consoles and smartwatches—is immediately evident. I highlighted key selling points like fast turnaround, usage of high-quality replacement parts, and same-day service to give visitors confidence that their devices are in expert hands. I also incorporated dynamic customer testimonials showcasing real experiences, such as how quickly and affordably we fixed an iPhone 13 Mini screen—helping to humanize the brand and build trust
I designed the “Shop” section to function as a straightforward booking engine, where users can select their device model and repair type—ranging from screen replacements and charging port fixes to battery swaps, rear housing, or camera lens repairs—across brands like Apple and Samsung. Repairs like an iPhone 12 Mini screen or body fix are presented with estimated times (around 45 minutes) to set clear customer expectations I also ensured that contact channels—phone, email, and a physical location at Bethnal Green Road in London—are accessible to support easy communication and booking .
